Why start any of this?
I think its a great opportunity, that’s the gist. To gain a audience, attention and therefore MONEY, by monetising said attention, however, not in a way that betrays my integrity and betrays the trust of my audience. Yes I am in fact a capitalist pig mwhahaha haha (sorry to disappoint), although I am not a person that would put money over the value of their name and word. So yes addressing the elephant in the room if I’m being completely honest money is definitely up there as to why do this (I’m clearly not as virtuous as some youtubers make themselves out to be), as I’ve always dreamed about providing a better life for myself and most of all my family. However, I’ve also just always wanted to give YouTube a try and since I’m not going to be young forever, I feel like now is my best opportunity to put my all into this and see how far I can take it.
What I like about the prospect of being a Youtuber is the idea of allowing my creativity to prosper through creating things I WANT to create with full freedom. Another fact I love is that through the videos I make I will be consequently making content that I would want to watch myself (hopefully). Things that I was wishing and searching for when I was younger and still do now. What I am trying to say is that I love the fact that the videos I will create might be helpful, and useful to people that possess the same sort of obsessive curiosity that has made me a YouTube consuming fiend and self-proclaimed nerd over the last couple years/ half of my life.
Aims of the YouTube channel and Blog:
My aims with this YouTube channel and subsequently blog is to provide the most transparent, informative videos about money making methods I possible can. Seeing which ones are effective and which ones are either a: Scam, not effective, or whether it was just not effective for me.
Experience and mission:
Talking about transparency you may want to know about my experience. Well apart from being a YouTube addict for a long time, a recent psychology graduate and having some work experience. I haven’t fully dipped my toes into the milkshake of possibilities, not taking into account an attempt at a film fact channel that created a grand total of 2 shorts. I am quite a noob when it to everything YouTube creation related. This may seem like a disadvantage, however I think its actually the biggest advantage I have as a creator. This is because I can show how to get from zero to where I hope I’ll be in 3 years+. I feel that me showing the journey and my experiences with video creation as well as money making methods which will be showcased will be extremely valuable, for people who want to start their own YouTube channels as well as/or want to experience financial freedom through entrepreneurship, investments or side hustles. As you’ll be able to learn from my mistakes without committing them, and be able to recognise a effective money-making method from scams that will just take your money.
So yeah, here’s my first blog, my name is Kuba and I hope you enjoy watching as much as I will enjoy creating :), I truly appreciate you all and I hope you find the information I put out useful.
